Engr. Martins O. Osaghale is a Civil/Structural Engineer and an innovative professional with over twelve years of practical experience in the consulting and construction industry. He has specialised knowledge in structural modelling, analysis, design, structural detailing and supervision of various medium and high-rise reinforced concrete residential, commercial, recreational, government and institutional buildings.

He has vast experience in the structural integrity assessment of various kinds of buildings. He has also been involved in the design of several road projects, preparation of detailed road engineering drawings, horizontal and vertical profiles, preparation of Bill of Engineering Measurements (BEME), etc. He has a proven track record of success in preparing structural drawings, ensuring optimum quality standards, supervising and managing projects, and administering construction works from inception to completion.

Engr. Martins O. Osaghale completed his first degree from the University of Benin, Edo state, where he obtained a Bachelor of Engineering Second Class Upper (Hons.) in Civil Engineering in 2010. He then pursued a second degree at the University of Lagos, earning his Master of Science (Hons) in Civil & Environmental Engineering (Structures) in 2015. He is a registered and licensed Engineer with COREN, the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), the Nigerian Institution of Structural Engineers (NStructE), and other professional bodies.
